Complete roof refurbishment including cleaning, repairs, recoating, and replacement of rooflights. Installation of new roof liner and top sheets with upgraded insulation to improve thermal performance.
Full cladding upgrade with new liner and top sheets, upgraded insulation, new flashings, structural support rails, and facade improvements.
Design and installation of bespoke structural steelwork to support new glazed entrances, canopy, and roller shutter openings.
Complete internal strip-out and refurbishment, including removal of existing finishes, services, and strengthening of the existing steel frame (mezzanine only).
External enhancement works including drainage improvements, new glazed aluminium doors and canopy, perimeter fencing, bike shelter, safety bollards, and car park markings.
