Full refurbishment of former retail building ahead of new tenant fit-out.
Internal: strip-out of offices, mezzanine and redundant services; concrete slab preparation and sealing; redecoration of internal steels, lining panels and offices; installation of new steel fire doors and a new roller shutter door with safety beam; installation of new windows to office area.
External: cladding repairs, roof coating and wall cladding respray, including cut-edge corrosion treatment, rooflight treatment and gutter sealing.
External: removal of redundant fixtures, drainage clearance and repairs, paving repairs, landscaping and fencing.
