Project Overview

Primarily a roofing and cladding project, we helped our client future-proof their building - a live, operational school in central London. The complex design demanded exceptional attention to detail and careful planning to ensure the programme was delivered on time and within budget.

Scope Highlights

Full refurbishment of existing three-tiered roof in central London.

Live school environment, with works deconflicted through a programmed installation schedule.

Removal of existing single-skin, built-up, roof system, replaced with Kingspan's range of insulated quad core panels.

Scope also included the supply and fixing of all flashing details, new aluminium guttering and rainwater pipes.
